What are packaged sewage treatment plant?
The packaged wastewater treatment plant is an innovative and truly versatile system for effective treatment of wastewater, including the removal of nutrients. They can be configured for BOD reduction, particulate matter reduction, ammonia and / or total nitrogen reduction and phosphorus reduction. The functionality of the Membrane Separation Activated Sludge Method (MBR) has been integrated into a single packaged plant to enable physio-biological tertiary treatment by recycling water.
STP is a proven technology that always provides reliable performance. Sewage treatment plants protect the natural environment from pollution. STP meets government-set pollutant emission standards and avoids strict penalties. Simple and easy installation, less operation and maintenance. By installing a sewage treatment plant, we will reduce the risks to public health and the environment.
Wastewater treatment process:
1. Pre-treatment: This is the first stage of the WWTP process, the main purpose of which is to remove coarse solids and other large substances commonly found in raw sewage. Pre-treatment operations typically include large filter screens, sand removal, and in some cases large object destruction. Excess grain causes severe pump blockage and affects many subsequent processing pumps. The flowmeter, which is often a standing wave channel, is always included in the pre-treatment.
2. Primary Treatment: The main purpose of this treatment is to reduce the heavy solids (organic and inorganic) that settle to the bottom due to precipitation, and to allow oils, fats, and light solids to float on the surface by skimming. You can remove the settling suspended matter and drain the remaining liquid or move on to the next step. Pre-treatment removes about 60% of suspended solids from wastewater.
3. Post-treatment: The main goal is to further treat the wastewater from the pre-treatment to remove dissolved and suspended biological material. Biological solids separated by secondary purification, so-called secondary or organic sludge, are usually combined with primary sludge for sludge treatment. Secondary treatments may require a separation process to remove microorganisms from the treated water prior to initiation or tertiary treatment. Post-treatment removes more than 90% of suspended solids.
4. Tertiary Treatment: Tertiary treatment usually follows after treatment and helps to remove substances contained in wastewater that cannot be removed after treatment. Treated wastewater may be chemically or physically disinfected (such as lagoons or microfiltration) before being discharged into the receiving environment (sea, rivers, lakes, marshes, soil, etc.).
The components of a compact sewage treatment facility depend on the type of wastewater. Parts related to sewage treatment plants remove destructive pollutants from sewage and family sewage before draining to the ground.
STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) components are ideal for treating pollutants from wastewater discharged from a variety of business, modern, and household components. The main components of the sewage treatment plant are bar sieves, sand chambers, shredders, pre-air circulation tanks, main purification tanks, recirculation tanks, optional purification tanks, biological filters, fertilizer treatment equipment, etc.
