Overview

Cooling towers are generally the greatest option for powerful, industry-grade temperature management. 1: Biofilm and fouling:As your cooling tower runs, contaminants from the outside air will be drawn in. This comprises microbiological deposits such as fungi, algae, and bacteria, which can form a slime or "biofilm" on the heat transmission surfaces of your cooling tower. Fouling and cooling inefficiencies result as a result of this. As the biofilm grows, it has the ability to weigh down the structural parts of your tower, causing serious structural damage.

3: Foaming:Excessive foam can cause the sump in the tower to overflow or force the fans to evacuate foam. Fouling can also occur because foam has greater levels of microbial pollutants.
