The use of Cartridge Filters
As water, liquid, or solvent flows within the housing and through the filter element, the cartridge is exposed to it. Cartridge filters can also remove sub-micron particles.

How should industrial filter cartridges be cleaned?
Pharmaceuticals, chemicals, inks and paints, food and beverage, automobile production, cement industry, oil and gas, refineries, petrochemicals, and other industries all employ industrial cartridge filters. Cleaning these cartridges is critical to ensuring that they filter consistently, for an extended period of time.
Some filter systems support back-washing and have a CIP design. Others must be taken out of their homes, disinfected, and washed. These cleansed cartridge filters are dried and sealed, when not in use to avoid contamination or wear.
When should you replace your cartridge filter?
It is critical to understand when to replace your cartridge. Based on its dirt keeping capacity, the cartridges may come with a basic guideline indicating the number of days it will work, for example, every 30 days or every 45 days. The number of days a cartridge will endure, however, is also determined by the concentration of pollutants in the liquid.
Most of our cartridge filters are washable and reusable. Water cartridges that eliminate or minimize health hazard pollutants, are not reusable and must be replaced annually.
