What is the Function of Water Softener?
A water softener's primary function is to remove divalent cations such as calcium and magnesium. Hard water is defined as a sample of water that includes more than 120 mg/litre of certain minerals. Many home and industrial uses are incompatible with hard water. Hard water, in addition to forming scales in pipelines, equipment, appliances, and sanitary fittings, can have negative effects on human skin and hair.
Water softener can do the stuff. A water softener's main component is a tank loaded with resin particles that are coated in sodium ions. The resin beds serve as a magnet, attracting the calcium and magnesium ions, or hardness, in return for the sodium ions as hard water goes through. The resin beds eventually become saturated with mineral ions and must be "re-charged." This is referred to as regeneration.A strong brine solution is pushed through the resin tank during the regeneration process, bathing the resin beds in a stream of sodium ions that replace the accumulated calcium and magnesium ions. When hard water passes through a water softener, it becomes soft water, which is the best drinking water and may be used for a variety of other purposes without causing any adverse effects.
Electro-Magnetic Softeners, Industrial Softeners, and Domestic Hard-Water Softeners are among the water softeners we offer at Netsol water solutions. Our softener will eliminate all of these pesky minerals from hard water, which will have a variety of negative consequences for you, your health, and even your appliances and clothing. When hard water flows through our softener, the hard ions (calcium and magnesium) in the water are replaced with soft ions on the resin beds, resulting in soft water. A wide range of models including the filtration capacity are provided by Netsol water solutions.
It shouldn't be difficult to choose the correct water softening system for your home. What is most important to you? An inexpensive water softening system, a low-maintenance system, or even the most technologically advanced system? Whatever your priority, whether you're purchasing or renting, you'll be able to locate something that meets your requirements and fits your budget.
Features of domestic water softener:
1-Electronic metering
On a daily basis, big box and discount retail systems regenerate. Instead, we employ electronic metres to track water usage and proactively rehydrate the tank when necessary. You save money on both water and salt by consuming less of both.
2-Bypass Valve
To keep the water softener out of the main water line, all of our softener systems include an integrated control bypass valve. This isn't something you'll use frequently, but it'll come in handy during maintenance.
3-Separate Salt Storage Tank
In addition to the filtration tank, all water softener devices have a separate salt brine tank. Corrosion and bridging (where the salt creates a layer above the brine tank's water, preventing the salt from dissolving) are major problems in single-tank systems.
4-Alarm for Salt Replacement
There's no need to be concerned about when your water softener tank has to be replaced, or to be concerned about an unpleasant 'low salt' sound. When it's time to refill your softener, our kit includes a visible alarm.
