What are oil mist collectors?
Oil mist, smoke, and vapour are removed from washer exhaust, synthetic fibre processing oils, metal cutting fluids, metal processing coolants, and many other mist applications, using Netsol’s Oil Mist Collectors.
We are manufacturers, suppliers, and exporters of mist collectors, centrifugal oil mist collectors, small mist collectors, and mist collectors for CNC machines. Our headquarters are in Greater Noida, U.P, India.
Mechanism of oil-mist collectors
Due to the centrifugal force of the rotor, small particles are compelled to collide and coalesce, resulting in the creation of liquid droplets. With the aid of a pressurized draining system, the generated liquid is returned to the machine tool.
In this unusual configuration, dust load on the rotor is reduced, which in turn minimizes vibration and associated issues. Dust collects on the surface of filters that are placed near to the rotor. More surface-area filters are available to enhance the frequency of filter cleaning.
With clip-on high efficiency particulate arrestor filters, the 97.1% filtration effectiveness of these devices can be increased to 99%.

Power advantage: For maximum air quality and filtering effectiveness, all units are built to run on low motor power.
Low price: It is the most economical equipment that has also exceptional value for money. It is entirely indigenous.
Versatile: Once implemented, the collector can be modified to change or broaden the type of application without much work, because it is comprised of modular components, ensuring the utmost flexibility.
Simple to Maintain: Simply release the toggle clips, remove the front and back covers (which are light in weight), and clean or change the filters. Fitters and covers are included.
Service:We make an effort to offer our clients thorough service, in addition to selling them a product. We promise to support your needs on schedule.
Features of oil-mist collectors
Our mist collection systems have these features:
1: Perforated drum and rotor are dynamically balanced.
2: Liquid is under pressure drilling.
3: Presence of standard shaft motors, no need for customized motors.
4: High air volume with little motor power.
5: Different voltages are compatible with the motor.
6: It has a small size.
7: Components are made of stainless steel for certain uses.
Application
Centralized units are for a collection of open type machines with high air volume of oil mist collectors.
Oil-mist mechanism
The spiral tube draws air that is covered in dust and mist. Centrifugal force propels oil mist to the outer tube wall, separating larger oil droplets, which then fall to the tank below.
To separate finer particulates, air is pulled up through the spiral's inner tube, and HEPA filter.Superior liquid separation and collection efficiency is achieved by combining a spiral tube filtration chamber, with high performance filters.
