Does a Commercial RO Plant require any Registration in India?

But setting up a Commercial RO plant requires effort and a lot of paperwork. Here is all you need to know about the registration and the documents necessary for setting up.
Step 1:Register your company or firm. Get all the documents required for the company registration like AOA (Association of Articles) and MOA (Memorandum of Association).
Step 2: SSI Registration certificate. After you have decided the type of business firm you will open, you need to have Small Scale Industry registration.
Step 3: Setup a location where you will set up your company. Be thorough with the rules and regulations of the government of India regarding the setup of commercial RO plants.
Step 4: Get the licenses required. These include:
a) FSSAI food license Certificate.
b) ISI Certification by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
c) Pollution Control Certificate from the local office where you are setting up your company.
d) Testifying the reports of raw and pure water.
e) Trademark registration/Brand name registration for protecting your brand name.
