Reverse Osmosis
It is the process of pushing a solvent through a membrane from a region of high solute concentration to a region of low solute concentration by exerting a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure. The membrane in this case is semi-permeable, which means it permits solvent but not solute to flow through.
Consider a semi-permeable membrane that has fresh water on one side and a concentrated aqueous solution on the other. If normal osmosis occurs, freshwater will pass through the membrane and dilute the concentrated solution. Pressure is applied to the concentrated solution side of the membrane in reverse osmosis to drive the water molecules across the membrane to the freshwater side.
Commercial RO Plants by Netsol Water in Aligarh
The Commercial RO, one of our most popular series, is often available in standard models. Multimedia filters and activated carbon filters, water softeners, antiscalant dosing systems, and UV sterilizers may all be added to these RO Systems.
The feed water in our RO systems is separated into two streams: product and reject water.
· The product water is treated water with a lower TDS.
· Reject water is concentrated water. It should be drained or utilized for gardening.
Working of RO Plants
This system is made up of R.O. Module assembly that is installed on a Structural Skid. On the skid, high-pressure rating FRP pressure vessels (Pressure Tubes) are installed, which houses spirally wrapped membrane parts in sequence. Filtered water at high pressure is delivered into the Pressure Vessel first and treated water is collected in the central core tube. Treated water from each membrane is collected and discharged in a single product water storage tank.
The following instruments are provided on the panel to ensure the safe operation of the system:
• Feed & Reject Pressure Gauge: Indicates the pressure of the R.O system.
• Feed & Reject Flow Indicator: To show the flow of the commercial RO plant.
• TDS meter: For measuring TDS in raw and treated water.
• High Pressure Switch: Used to trip the HPP in the event of high feed pressure.
• Time Totalizer: For calculating the operating hours of the HP Pump/RO System.
The systems purify water. These remove salts and other contaminants. It also has the ability to eliminate microorganisms.
Primary characteristics of these Commercial RO Plants are
• Powder coated frame;
• 20 and 5-micron sediment pre-filters;
• Stainless Steel Multistage High-Pressure Pump;
• Fiberglass pressure vessel;
• Flow meters for product and reject water;
• Pressure switches that are for high and low pressure;
• TFC membranes with high rejection;
• High-pressure, heavy-duty tube.
Our Commercial RO Plants are available in the flow ranges shown below:
• RO Plants of 50 LPH
• RO Plants of 100 LPH
• RO Plants of 200 LPH
• RO Plants of 500 LPH
• RO Plants of 750 LPH up to 10,000 LPH.
How will you benefit from installing Netsol's Commercial RO Plants?
· Less dangerous water
Our RO technology generates less dangerous water. This is due to the fact that no chemicals are used in the purification process. This is one of the most environmentally friendly treatment solutions for potable water use.
· Correct impurity disposal
Reverse osmosis catches and properly disposes of pollutants. Because the RO system appropriately disposes of contaminants within the mains water supply, no dangerous chemical water is released into the sewers. The membrane eliminates pollutants without the need of ions, chemicals, resins or other substances.
· Simple discharge process
Because contaminants are disposed of correctly and easily without the use of chemicals, the discharge procedure is simple. In general, if chemicals are discharged without treatment, they have a major influence on the ecosystem. However, thanks to RO technology, this procedure is simplified and wastewater may be released into the environment without treatment.
Netsol Water is the renowned manufacturer, seller and supplier of Commercial RO Plants in Aligarh. We are the market leader in the water and wastewater treatment market because to our cutting-edge technology and affordable prices.
